Visited Sunday (half term!) for the first time. Very lucky to get a parking spot and we were warmly welcomed by the host who sorted out a problem with our booking. It was extremely busy, but there was a lovely atmosphere.
The wait for the buffet was long, but well worth it. The 4 roasts were tender and cooked beautifully- I had the small plate lamb & beef...very tasty. The sides were replenished frequently. Excellent choice and again cooked beautifully! Fabulous lamb gravy too!
Didn't have room for a Mr Whippy ice cream though!

Best carvery I've eaten at, staff are great, food is delicious and very reasonable all freshly cooked, not sat there for hours. Gravy is next level. Book ahead ro avoid missing out
